Before dedicating herself fully to photography, Angini studied Art History, Philosophy, and Cinema at the University of Lausanne. This theoretical background continues to inform her practice, grounding her images in questions of meaning and perception. She later trained at the École de Photographie de Vevey, developing a strong technical and conceptual foundation that enables her to translate complex ideas into coherent visual narratives.
